China Shenhua Energy’s coal sales rise by three percent in Q1

Chinese coal miner China Shenhua Energy Company, a listed subsidiary of Shenhua Group - the largest coal company in China, has announced that in March this year its coal output amounted to 24.70 million mt, up 1.6 percent, while its coal sales totaled 40.20 million mt, increasing by 1.0 percent, both year on year.

In the January-March period this year, its coal output amounted to 71.50 million mt, up 0.8 percent, while its coal sales totaled 105.1 million mt, increasing by 3.0 percent, both year on year.
