China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced the launch of an interim review of antidumping measures against imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (
NLMK).
On April 10 2010,
China's MOC decided to levy an antidumping duty against the products in question imported from the United States and Russia.
