China initiates interim review on grain-oriented electrical steel from Russia’s NLMK

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced the launch of an interim review of antidumping measures against imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK).
 
On April 10 2010, China's MOC decided to levy an antidumping duty against the products in question imported from the United States and Russia.
