China Coal Energy’s coal sales down 5.7 percent in January-May

Chinese coal company China Coal Energy Company Limited (China Coal Energy) has announced that in May this year its coal output amounted to 6.76 million mt, rising by 2.9 percent, while its coal sales volume totaled 11.43 million mt, increasing by 5.0 percent, both year on year.

In January-May period of this year, China Coal Energy’s coal output amounted to 31.99 million mt, decreasing by 5.3 percent, while its coal sales totaled 49.02 million mt, down by 5.7 percent, both year on year.
