Chilean rebar sales increase in April

Chilean rebar sales in April rose 53.6 percent, year-on-year, to 41,895 mt, according to data released by the nation’s civil construction chamber, CChC.

Chilean rebar sales in April fell 18.9 percent, month-on-month, from 51,688 mt in March. As for the accumulated period of January to April, Chilean rebar sales totaled 190,308 mt, 14.3 percent up, year-on-year.
