Canadian fabricator announces two major US projects worth $95 million

Quebec, Canada-based ADF Group Inc., a fabricator of steel superstructures, announced today the award of two new major projects in the United States worth a total of $95 million.

In a press release, the company said these new orders are part of new construction projects of commercial buildings and call for the fabrication, which also encompasses shop drawings, the supply of raw material (steel) and industrial coating, and the installation of complex steel structures and heavy steel components. Details on the projects, including the location and type of structure, were not disclosed in the announcement.

The company said these new orders will be carried out at both of ADF's fabrication plants and will extend until the third quarter of the fiscal year ending January 31, 2020.

Jean Paschini, Co-Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, said in a statement, "we have always relied on the expertise of our human resources, the quality of our assets, and our experience to position the company in our target markets. These new orders confirm once again the relevance of our strategy. We continue our efforts to add new contracts to our order book that will allow us to maintain our objective of profitable growth."
