37.3 percent of auto dealers in China have returned to work as of March 3, as announced by the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA).

CADA stated that several reasons led to dealers’ failure to resume work. For instance, local governments set a specific time for the resumption of work, dealers’ applications for resuming work did not receive official approval, the shortage of anti-virus materials did not support resumption of work, and employees were unable to return to work due to traffic disruptions.
