CAAM: China’s automotive vehicle output down 34 percent in Aug 1-10

In the August 1-10 period of the current year, outputs of automotive vehicles of 11 major automakers in China amounted to 312,000 units, down 34 percent year on year, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In particular, passenger vehicle output declined by 29.5 percent year on year, while commercial vehicle output decreased by 66.4 percent year on year.
