CAAM: China’s auto output increases by 3.5 percent in January-July

In July this year, production and sales of automotive vehicles in China amounted to 2.043 million units and 1.889 million units, decreasing by 0.7 percent and 4.0 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In the January-July period of the current year, production and sales of automotive vehicles in China totaled 16.10 million units and 15.955 million units, up 3.5 percent and 4.3 percent year on year, respectively.
