CAAM: China’s auto exports increase by 29.4 percent in H1

In June this year, China’s auto export volume totaled 99,000 units, up 6.1 percent month on month, while increasing by 23.0 percent year on year, including 70,000 passenger vehicles and 29,000 commercial vehicles, up 29.7 percent and 9.5 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In the January-June period of the current year, China’s auto export volume totaled 512,000 units, rising by 29.4 percent year on year, including 374,000 passenger vehicles and 138,000 commercial vehicles, increasing by 37.0 percent and 12.6 percent year on year, respectively.
