CAAM: Auto vehicle output in China down 5.1 percent in Apr 1-10

In the April 1-10 period of the current year, outputs of automotive vehicles of the 11 main automakers in China amounted to 488,000 units, down 5.1 percent year on year, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In particular, passenger vehicle output totaled 391,000 units, down 1.2 percent year on year. Meanwhile, the commercial vehicle output came to 97,000 units, down 18 percent year on year.
