Brazil imposes AD duty on ex-China seamless pipe imports

The Brazilian industry and foreign trade ministry's commerce chamber, Camex, announced on Thursday, October 30 that it has imposed a definitive antidumping (AD) duty on seamless steel pipe imports from China.
 
The antidumping duty rate stands at $908.59/mt for seamless steel pipes with an outside diameter of more than 3 mm, but not exceeding 141.3 mm, regardless of wall thickness and internal diameter.
 
The products subject to antidumping duty currently falls within the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.51.19, 7304.59.11 and 7304.59.19.
