Brazil’s ministry of industry, foreign trade and services, has concluded a probe into the Indian imports of cast, chromium-bonded and steel grinding parts, resulting in a positive preliminary determination for the products.

However, the ministry did not set antidumping or countervailing duties on the imports, which fall under the Mercosur HTS code 7325.91.00.

The investigation followed a request of local manufacturer Magotteaux Brasil Ltda.
