BMW officially approves Shougang as galvanized sheet supplier

Beijing-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang has announced that German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturer Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (BMW) has issued it withcertification recognizing Shougang as an official BMW supplier of galvanized steel sheet for application in the automotive sector.
 
Shougang has been pushing for cooperation with BMW since 2011. Its progress in developing galvanized sheet for the automotive sector has been accepted by the German company.
