Benxi Steel Group (
Benxi Steel) announced that in 2013 it exported a total of 4.4 million mt of steel products, with an aggregate value of $2.38 billion, up by 10 percent and 3.5 percent year on year, respectively. 2013 was the fourth consecutive year in which
Benxi Steel ranked first among steel exporters in
China in terms of steel export sales value.
In 2013,
Benxi Steel's high-quality and high-value-added products, for the construction, automotive and manufacturing industries, were exported to more than 50 countries and regions in the world, while the exports included hot rolled products, cold rolled products, silicon steel, galvanized steel products, special steel, rebar, wire rod and ductile iron pipes.
