Bengang Steel Plates posts operating revenue of RMB 22.84 billion for H1

On August 9, Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Bengang Steel Plates Co., a subsidiary of Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) Co., issued its financial results for the first half of the current year.
 
In the given period, Bengang Steel Plates achieved an operating revenue of RMB 22.841 billion ($3.6 billion) and a net profit of RMB 145 million ($22.9 million), down 5.03 percent and 75.62 percent respectively, both on year-on-year basis.
