Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Benxi Iron and Steel Group (
Benxi Steel) has announced that in the first five months of this year its Beiying Rolling Mill produced 102,263 mt of HRB 400E high strength earthquake-resistant
rebar and 15,713 mt of plain round bar.
Benxi Steel stated that in the current year it has been focusing on developing products with competitive advantages.
