BC Iron adds 10 million mt to iron ore reserves at Nullagine JV

Australian iron ore development company BC Iron Limited has released an update for resource and reserve estimate at its Nullagine joint venture with Australia-based miner Fortescue Metals.
 
Iron ore reserves at Nullagine JV have now reached 41 million mt grading 57.1 percent Fe, increasing by 10 million mt. The direct shipping iron ore resource estimate amounts to 55 million mt grading 57 percent Fe.
 
As SteelOrbis previously reported, in late June BC Iron achieved the final operational milestone for the Nullagine iron ore project, exporting over 3.5 million mt of iron ore.
