Major Chinese steelmaker Baowu Group has announced that it has inked a strategic cooperation agreement with the municipal authorities in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
According to the agreement, both parties will jointly construct a world-class, high-end steel manufacturing base in Fuzhou focused on stainless steel and special steel.
