Baosteel’s ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel output reaches 11,700 mt in Aug

Shanghai-based Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has announced that in August this year its stainless steel plant produced 11,700 mt of ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel slab, constituting a new record monthly output.

Ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel is applied in the household electrical appliance sector, in automotive exhaust systems and in the elevator sector, as stated by Baosteel.
