Baosteel inks cooperation deal with Hengyang Valin Steel Tube

Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Special Steel Business Unit, business unit of Chinese steel giant Baosteel, has signed a cooperation agreement with Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co. regarding production of P92 large diameter steel pipes for ultra-supercritical pressure boilers.
 
According to the agreement, Baosteel will supply P92 tube billets which meet the required standard, while Hengyang Valin Steel Tube will manufacture steel pipes and complete product assessment.
