Baogang’s Baiyun mine produces 3,620,700 mt of iron ore in Oct

Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel (Baogang Group) has announced that in October this year the output of iron ore at its Baiyun mine totaled 3,620,700 mt, equivalent to 100.58 percent of the planned production target for the month but down 2.5 percent compared to the output of 3,714,300 mt recorded in September.
 
In October, a total of 1,053,600 mt of iron ore was delivered from Baiyun mine to Baogang Group, 103.30 percent of the planned delivery volume and up 3.33 percent month on month, satisfying the company’s demand for iron ore.
