Baogang Group sets RMB 59 billion sales revenue target for 2013

Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel Co. (Baogang Group) has announced a sales revenue target of RMB 59 billion ($9.46 billion) and a consolidated net profit target of RMB 510 million ($81.7 million) for 2013. Additionally, Baogang Group plans to produce 11.25 million mt of pig iron, 11.65 million mt of crude steel and 10.89 million mt of finished steel in the current year.
 
In 2012, Baogang Group produced 10.05 million mt of pig iron, 10.18 million mt of crude steel and 9.63 million mt of finished steel.
