Australia’s new vehicle sales in February

Australian new motor vehicle sales fell 0.1% from 85'579 units in January to 85'517 units in February, said the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Sales of passenger cars and sports utility vehicles increased 0.8% and 3.4% respectively, while sales of other new vehicles decreased 6%. Trend estimates show that sales rose 0.8% month-on-month to 83'998 units in February.
