Argentina's auto output down 23.3 percent in January-July

In July this year, Argentina's auto production (including commercial vehicles) decreased by 3.1 percent compared to June and by 31.39 percent year on year, amounting to 49,324 units, according to the report released by country's auto association (ADEFA). Meanwhile, in the first seven months of this year, Argentina's auto production totaled 357,747 units, down 23.3 percent compared with the same period of the previous year.
 
In July, Argentina's auto exports totaled 24,085 units, down 30 percent month on month and down 38.7 percent year on year. In the first seven months, the country's auto exports decreased by 25.62 percent year on year to 195,460 units.
