Arcelor Sections announces February surcharge

Arcelor Sections Commercial, after reviewing the January scrap prices in the European market, decided to amend its scrap surcharge on all beams and sections, according to a statement released by the company. Arcelor announced the new scrap surcharge, effective for deliveries as of February 1, 2005, as €108 per ton. The January surcharge on the same products was €105 per ton.
