Arcelor completes sale of Acierie de l’Atlantique
According to statement released by Luxembourg based steel producer Arcelor, the company has recently completed sale of 100% stake in Acierie de l'Atlantique (ADA) to Siderurgica Anon SA in Spain. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the agreement regarding the issue was signed back in April. ADA operates as an electric arc furnace in France.
