Angang releases September ex-factory prices for flats

On August 8, 2007, Angang issued September ex-factory prices for its flat products. The details are as follows:

1. HRC

The ex-factory prices remained unchanged compared with August. The price of Q235 5.5 mm thick HRC is RMB 3,120/mt ($413/mt), meanwhile that of SPHC 3.1 mm x 1,000-1,199 mm x C HRC is RMB 3,250/mt ($430/mt).

2. CRC

The ex-factory prices of cold rolled coils also remained unchanged compared with August. As a result, the price of ST12 1.0 mm thick CRC is still RMB 3,970/mt ($525/mt).

3. HDG

The ex-factory prices decreased RMB 180/mt ($24/mt). So, the price of St01Z grade 1.0 mm thick HDG dropped to RMB 4,350/mt ($575/mt).

The above prices exclude 17 percent VAT and are effective as of August 8, 2007.
