Amendment in final results of AD review on Italian SSSS in coils

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on February 14, 2005, published the final results of an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Italy. The period of review was July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003. Upon receiving allegations of ministerial error from petitioners Allegheny Ludlum Corporation, AK Steel, North American Stainless, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO/CLC, Butler Armco Independent Union, J&L Specialty Steel and Zanesville Armco Independent Organization, the DOC decided to amend the final results of the antidumping administrative review regarding imports from Italian producer/exporter ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A. Accordingly, the duty margin for the Italian producer is increased from 3.72% to 3.73%.
