Amendment in final results of AD review on flat products from Canada

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) amended final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain corrosion resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Canada. On March 21, 2005, the DOC published final results of an administrative review of the antidumping duties on certain corrosion resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Canada. The period of review was August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. The weighted-average dumping margins for Dofasco and Stelco Inc, Canadian producers/exporters of subject merchandise, were 2.31% and 0.02%, respectively. Upon Dofasco's allegation of ministerial error, the DOC decided to make amendment in the final results. Accordingly, the DOC decided to reduce the margin with respect to Dofasco to 2.15%.
