Amendment in final results of AD review on Brazilian pipes

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on February 11, 2005, published the final results of an antidumping administrative review on small diameter circular seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe imported from Brazil. The period of review was August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. Upon receiving allegations of ministerial error from the respondent V& M do Brasil, S.A (VM), the DOC decided to amend the final results of the antidumping administrative review regarding imports from Brazilian producer/exporter VM. Accordingly, the duty margin for the Brazilian producer is decreased from 12.67% to 7.96%.
