Oman-based steelmaker Al Jazeera Steel Products Company has announced that workers have called off their strike and operations have returned to normal at its North Batinah plant in Oman, following a decision by the company to implement the agreed resolution.

Earlier this week, the company stated that a section of the factory workers had gone on strike, resulting in disruptions in production and shipments. Officials from Oman's Ministry of Manpower held meetings to resolve the strike, also accompanied by representatives from the General Union of Workers of Oman and Al Jazeera Steel officials, seeking a friendly dialogue to reach a solution that would satisfy both parties.
