AK Steels Coshocton plant gets it done, safely
AK Steels Coshocton (Ohio) Works are the proud recipients of four safety awards. The plant managed recognition for the lowest group incident rate (0.36) in the industrial group; operating an entire year without a lost-time injury; reducing their incident rate by at least 25%; and working 1,351,565 man-hours (nearly two years) without a lost-time incident. The awards were presented at a special banquet by the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation and the Coshocton Chamber of Commerce. James L.
