AD review on certain pipes from Malaysia rescinded

On March 23, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for stainless steel butt weld pipe fittings imported from Malaysia for the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005. The review was initiated upon the request of Schultz Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian producer/exporter of subject merchandise. Since the producer withdrew its request within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC saw no reason to proceed with the review.
