AD review on certain flat products from Netherlands rescinded

The US Department of Commerce rescinded the antidumping duty administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from the Netherlands. Upon a petition filed by US producers Nucor Corporation, International Steel Group (ISG) and the United States Steel Corporation (USSC), the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on December 27, 2004, initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from Netherlands by Corus Staal BV for the period November 1, 2003, through October 31, 2004. The DOC decided to annul the review with respect to imports of subject merchandise from the Netherlands since the petitioners withdrew their requests for a review within 90 days after the initiation of the administrative review.
