AD review on certain flat products from Canada rescinded

Upon a petition filed by Canadian steelmaker Impact Steel, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on September 22, 2004, initiated an antidumping administrative review on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Canadian producers Dofasco, Impact Steel and Stelco. The review covered the period August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004. The DOC decided to annul the review with respect to imports of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Canada since Impact Steel withdrew its request for a review within 90 days after the administrative review was initiated.
