AD administrative review final results for Japanese SS Bar

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announces final resutls of anti-dumping duty administrative review on stainless steel bar imports from Japan. The preliminarily determined margin of 61.47% for Aichi Steel Works Ltd. (Aichi) importing the material into the US, remains valid as final result to apply owing to the fact that the DOC received no comments either from Aichi or the petitioners. The period covered by the review is between February 01, 2001 and January 31, 2002. The 61.47% rate will be applied to all stainless steel bar entries of Aichi during the aforementioned period.
