A new list of exemptions by the US Trade Representative

A new group of additional product exclusions is announced by the US Trade Representative Office (USTR), July 18, 2002. With this additional group, USTR is excluding 14 more products from the S201 safeguard measures of the United States. The products included in the new list are stainless steel bars, corrosion resistants, HR bar and flat rolled, CR flat rolled, cold finished bars and welded pipes&tubes. The exclusions will come into effect once the complete descriptions of excluded products are published in Federal Register notice.
