According to market sources, over the past two weeks a Ukrainian steel producer’s offers to Europe for 0.25"-12" grade B seamless pipes as per ASTM A53 or API have remained stable at $660-710/mt FCA, while the producer’s price offers to the Middle East for the same product have also remained unchanged, still in the range of $730-760/mt FOB.
