Slow activity for Czech seamless pipe exports

Activity in the export market for Czech seamless pipes is slow because of the seasonal slump in demand. Over the past month, export prices of Czech seamless pipes in euro terms have remained unchanged, but due to currency fluctuations prices in dollar terms have decreased by $26/mt. The market is unlikely to see any significant changes in the coming month as the traditionally quiet summer period needs to be taken into consideration, and so prices may continue to follow a stable trend.

Export prices for Czech-origin 3"-10" Sch 40 seamless pipes of steel grade B made to ASTM A106 are at €870-880/mt ($975-986/mt) FCA, offers of 1 1/4"-1 ½" seamless pipes are at €920-930/mt ($1,030-1,042/mt) FCA, while ½"-1" seamless pipes are at €990-1,050/mt ($1,109-1,176/mt) FCA.
