Russian V added billet in Taiwan

A trader reported that; Taiwanese rolling mill Ever Steel has very recently concluded an order of about 20'000 mt vanadium added steel billets with Ferrotrade at $225/mt CFR FO Kaohsiung level. The billets will be produced by Russian steel mill NTMK (Nizhny Tagil) and shipped in December from Russian Far East port Vladivostok.
