Domestic billet price in China

The local price, including related taxes, of Q235 (DIN St 37 eq.) billets in various Chinese markets ranged yesterday between RMB 2’840–3’040/ton ($351–376/ton). Prices were down RMB 50/ton in both Henan and Shandong, RMB 40/ton in Hebei and RMB 30/ton in Shanxi; however, prices were up RMB 30/ton in Guangdong. 20MnSi billets carried a price between RMB 2’900–3’080/ton ($358–381/ton). Prices were down RMB 60/ton in Henan, RMB 50/ton in Shandong, RMB 30/ton in Shanxi and RMB 20/ton in Hebei; however, prices were up RMB 30/ton in Guangdong.
