CIS seamless
pipe exports have seen limited
trading activity over the past month amid soft demand from foreign buyers and stiff competition from Chinese exporters, while prices have remained broadly unchanged, though some
pipe producers have tried to increase their offers by $10/mt. However, foreign demand for standard seamless pipes remains too weak to support any price increase amid poor demand from end-users.
Market players remain pessimistic about the coming market prospects given likely subdued
trading activity from key market outlets in the summer.
Export prices from Ukrainian mill Interpipe for 2"-6" seamless pipes of grade B made to ASTM A106 are quoted at around $810-850/mt FOB for the Middle Eastern market, while pipes as per EN are offered at about $770-800/mt ex-works for the European market.

Ukraine's Dnepropetrovsk Tube Works are at $840-855/mt FOB.
Russia-based ChTPZ Group's export quotations for hot-formed pipes with diameter of 60.3-219 mm of 10, 20 steel grades according to GOST 8731/8732 or ASTM A106 are at $800-830/mt FOB.
