CIS origin billet for Turkish market
As per latest market reports by early September CIS origin billets were offered into the Turkish market at around $385-390/mt CFR. Industry sources report that offers from the CIS have now reached $380-385/mt FOB levels, however no booking in the market at these levels are confirmed yet.
