Billet offers in Philippines

Offers in the Philippines market for Q235 grade billets are in the range of $540-545/mt CFR Manila port, for July shipments. 20MnSi offers are reported to be around $5-10/mt above the Q235 grade price level. Currently, customers in this market do not seem eager to accept such levels and are pushing for the most recently booked numbers at around $535/mt CFR.
