Turkish mill’s scrap tender concludes with ex-St. Petersburg booking

According to market reports, a scrap purchase tender held by an Iskenderun region-based Turkish steelmaker has concluded with a deal for a scrap cargo from St. Petersburg. An average transaction price level of $371/mt CFR has been heard for the cargo which includes HMS I/II 80:20 scrap and bonus grade scrap, though the price level has not been officially confirmed yet.
