Turkish mills not interested in Romanian scrap despite lower prices

Scrap collection prices in Romania are hovering at about $375-380/mt, while ex-Romania A3 scrap offers to Turkey have now declined below $420/mt CFR, though Turkish buyers do not seem to be willing to conclude purchases.
