Turkish mills’ ex-US scrap deals

SteelOrbis has been informed that two ex-US scrap transactions have been concluded to Turkey. Accordingly, a Turkish mill has concluded a booking for an ex-US scrap cargo composed of 30,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 at $450/mt CFR and 15,000 mt of shredded scrap at $455/mt CFR.
 
On the other hand, another Turkish mill has concluded a booking of an ex-US New Orleans scrap cargo composed of 28,000 mt of HMS I/II scrap at the price level of $453/mt CFR and 12,000 mt of bonus scrap at $463/mt CFR.
