Strong supplies and low demand push down ex-Black Sea scrap prices

The combination of strong scrap supplies and tepid scrap demand has caused ex-Black Sea scrap prices to drop at a fast pace. Scrap collection prices in Romania have declined to $370/mt, while transaction prices in Turkey for ex-Black Sea A3 scrap are now below $410/mt CFR.
