Sharp decline reported in ex-US scrap prices

In the Turkish market, there are rumors of an ex-US HMS I/II 80:20 scrap deal concluded at $330/mt CFR and also of another transaction from the American continent concluded for the same scrap grade below the price level of $330/mt CFR, though so far the details of these deals have not been officially confirmed by the buyer or seller.
