Scrap prices in France almost stable in November from October levels

In November this year, local French steel scrap prices have generally stopped decreasing on month-on-month basis, indicating variations between -€ 4/mt ($4.2/mt) and +€5/mt ($5.3/mt) compared to October, according to the latest data issued by the French Steel Federation (FFA).
 
On year-on-year basis, in November local French scrap prices decreased by a significant €86/mt ($91/mt) on average, as shown in the following table:
